Profit Calculation
This is why expense tracking matters. Your real profit is:
Profit = Income (paid jobs) - Expenses
Example: Week Summary

Tips for Better Expense Tracking
Record immediately — Don't wait until end of day. You'll forget small expenses.
Be specific — Use notes. "RWF 2,000 maintenance" is less useful than "RWF 2,000 brake pads at Joseph's".
Check weekly — Review expense summary every week. Catch problems early.
Track everything — Small expenses add up. That RWF 500 parking fee matters.
Works Offline
Record expenses even without internet connection. They'll sync when you're back online.
