Quick Start Guide

BizoraPOS is available on Android, iOS, and Windows. Download from your device's app store:

Open the app and create your account. You only need:

• Phone number - We'll send a verification code
• Business name - Your shop or company name
• Password - Keep it safe!

That's it! No email required. Your account is ready in 30 seconds.

Now add the products you sell. There are two ways:

Option A: Scan Barcode (Fastest)

1. Go to Products → Add Product
2. Tap the Scan Barcode button
3. Point your camera at the product barcode
4. Enter the price and stock amount
5. Tap Save

Option B: Manual Entry

1. Go to Products → Add Product
2. Enter product name (e.g., "Rice 5kg")
3. Enter selling price
4. Enter cost price (what you paid for it)
5. Enter current stock amount
6. Tap Save

You're ready to sell! Here's how:

1. Go to the POS screen (home screen)
2. Find the product by:
   • Tapping the product card, or
   • Scanning the barcode, or
   • Searching by name
3. Adjust quantity if needed (+ / - buttons)
4. Tap Charge
5. Select payment method (Cash, Mobile Money, Card)
6. Tap Complete Sale

Done! The sale is recorded and stock is automatically reduced.

After a few sales, check your reports:

• Dashboard - See today's sales and profit at a glance
• Reports → Sales Summary - Daily, weekly, monthly totals
• Reports → Products - See what's selling best
• Insights - Get AI-powered business advice
