Job Tracking
Every job you complete is money earned. Track them all in one place — know what you made today, what's pending, and who owes you.
What You Can Do
- Record every job or service you complete
- Track payment status (paid or pending)
- See daily, weekly, and monthly earnings
- Manage customers who pay later
- Add notes to jobs for reference
- Filter jobs by date, status, or customer
Recording a Job
After completing a service, record it immediately so you never forget.
Tap the + Button
The floating action button is always visible. Tap it to start recording.
Enter Job Details
Required
- Amount — How much you charged
- Payment Status — Paid now or pending
Optional
- Customer — Who you served (for repeat customers)
- Note — Details about the job
- Date/Time — Defaults to now, can backdate
Save
Tap Save. The job is recorded and your daily total updates instantly.
Job Labels
Jobs are labeled based on your service type. This keeps everything clear and meaningful.

Payment Status
Every job has a payment status. This is crucial for knowing your real income.
Paid
Customer paid immediately. This counts as confirmed income.
Pending
Customer will pay later. Tracked separately until payment received.
Managing Pending Payments
Some customers pay later. Track these carefully to avoid losing money.
View Pending
Go to Jobs → Pending tab

Mark as Paid
- Tap the pending job
- Tap Mark as Paid
- Optionally add payment note
- Confirm
The job moves from "Pending" to "Paid" and counts toward your income.
Job History
See all your jobs in one place. Filter and search to find specific entries.
Filters
- Date Range — Today, this week, this month, custom
- Status — All, paid only, pending only
- Customer — Jobs for specific customer
Edit or Delete
Made a mistake? Tap any job to edit details or delete it.
Daily Summary
At the end of each day, your dashboard shows:

Net Profit = Income (paid) - Expenses
Works Offline
Record jobs even without internet. Everything syncs when you reconnect.
